Binn is a mobile application that assists students with studying by generating questions from uploaded course materials and intercepting distracting applications to present study content. The service is accessed via a paid subscription model.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Binn offers premium features and subscriptions managed directly within the mobile application via official app store purchase channels (such as Google Play). Pricing, available tiers, and billing terms are displayed within the app prior to purchase.

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the plan selected in-app. All payments and renewals are processed securely by the relevant app store platform in accordance with their respective terms of service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you upload to Binn, including course materials, notes, and personal data. You agree not to upload copyrighted material without authorisation or any content that violates applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Binn owns all rights to the application, its code, design, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you upload. Binn claims no intellectual property rights over your uploaded materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

Binn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Binn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Binn operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
