Delete Your Account

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all your courses, lessons, study progress, and personal data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (Instant)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Binn app:

  1. Open the Binn app on your device
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2 — Request via email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What data is deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently erased:

  • Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
  • All courses, lessons, and quizzes you created
  • Your study history and progress
  • Your app blocking settings and schedules
  • Any uploaded study materials and files
  • Push notification tokens

What data may be retained

We may retain certain anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you, and any data we are legally required to keep (such as financial transaction records) for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
